You can drop the rim off for an estimate or for repair any time during working hours. Please call, text or email before coming.
Our mechanic will do all paperwork with you, provide you with the order number and explain to you our company policy and how the repairs will be carried out.
Please keep the order number handy in case you need to call us. It may take from 6 hour to 3 business days to fix a typical wheel.
When the wheel is fixed, we will contact you. Please pick up your wheel as soon as possible. It is extra charge for keeping customer’s wheels for 3 or more business days.
Please note, the damaged rim has to be off the car, but may be with tire.
We also can accept the damaged wheel on the car and keep the car in the shop for the time of repairing (2-6 hours, overnight or longer). The cost of this service is $100 to $300 extra.
